写真は先日私共でお手伝いさせていただきましたプロジェクトですが、写真では見えにくいお手伝いの秘密、インテリアデザイナーとしてのアドバイスをお教えしますね。 シニア向け住宅のデザインのなかの重要な項目のなかに、簡単なお手入れとメインテナンスというのがトップ５のなかに入ります。 今回はキッチンとバスルームのお手入れを簡単にするために、ダイアモンドコーティングをさせていただきました。コーティングをすることによって、水垢がつかない、電化製品に油や指のあとがつかない、お手入れがとても簡単になるのです。いろいろな会社が商品を出していて、専門の業者がご希望によって、浴室全体、タブのみ、シャワーガラス、カウンター周辺のみなど部分的にコーティングをしてくださったりします。 今回は賃貸の物件のために、汚れのつきにくい方法としてご提示させていただきましたが、シニアの方々の浴室やキッチンのアップグレードとしても大変有効です。ぜひお試しください。 Me ka aloha pumehana, Reiko Lewis
