Finish of plumbing items
A meeting at Ferguson, the biggest pluming showroom in town. I rely a lot on my sales consultant, Hanne Kinoshita at the showroom. She takes good care of me!
Each manufacture has a choice of finishes for each product: Polished Chrome, Platinum Matt or Brushed Nickel and each finish has a slight difference among different manufacturers. If you can select all bathroom fixtures from one
manufacturer, there is no problem but in some instances we need to mix products from different manufacturers. For those situations, I have to make sure all the finishes will coordinate and work with each other. Therefore I need to check and see them with my own eyes!

I would recommend home owners to check to see the products in person first even if they order through website.
