Purity and Clarity:
Organize thoughts into design
Create a floor plan
Make a color board and/or computer generated 3D perspective drawings
Create a bidding process if applicable, for contractors

Budget considerations
Achieve harmony between your design and value
Asses your priorities, e.g., needs vs. wants
Revise any computer imagery if necessary
